Allison R. Rapetti

Allison RapettiMs. Rapetti began her legal journey in high school where she was enrolled in the Legal and Public Affairs Academy at Coral Reef Senior High. She participated in the We The People High School Constitutional Competition, Duke University’s National Moot Court Competition for High School Students, ranking top 2 with her team, and graduated top 5 amongst her peers.

While in law school, Ms. Rapetti was an active member of the Criminal Law Society, the Florida Association for Women Lawyers, the Broward County Hispanic Bar Association, Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity International, and the Phi Alpha Delta, Mentschikoff Chapter of St. Thomas Law. She was on the Intercultural Human Rights Law Review where she published an article on The Capital Punishment Debate and its Effect on International Law, and on the Mock Trial Team as a competing member, winning an intramural competition and best advocate award. Ms. Rapetti graduated cum laude in her graduating law school class of May 2019 and was awarded certificates in Criminal Litigation and Intellectual Property Law.

Upon graduation, Ms. Rapetti worked as a legal assistant at Bucelo Law Group, a corporate banking, business incorporation, and real estate transactions firm working with high-end commercial property clients in Miami-Dade and Broward County.

Ms. Rapetti began interning then clerking at The Baez Law Firm during her second year of law school where she remained for a year before interning at the Miami-Dade County Public Defender’s Office. As an intern for the firm, her first experience was an opportunity to participate in a murder trial in Colorado Springs, CO. That experience confirmed for her that criminal defense was the area of law that would allow her to accomplish her goal of being a voice for others as a practicing attorney.
