Sean Landers

Sean Landers has practiced exclusively criminal defense since August of 2007. In 2013, he became Board Certified in Criminal Trial Law making him an expert in the field. Board Certification is the highest level of evaluation by the Florida Bar of competency and experience within the area of law, professionalism and ethics in practice.
After graduating with a degree in Political Science from the University of Connecticut, he relocated to Orlando, Florida with his now wife of over 7 years Jillian, to attend Barry University School of Law. After graduation, he joined the Office of the Public Defender, 9th Circuit as an Assistant Public Defender from August of 2007-February of 2016. He has handled thousands of criminal cases as defense counsel ranging from misdemeanors to capital felonies including, 1st Degree Murder, Attempted Murder, Robbery, Sex Crimes and hundreds of cases involving firearms and minimum mandatory sentences. He has been lead counsel in over 60 felony jury trials.
Since 2013, he has served on the Board of the Central Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (CFACDL) as a Director; Secretary and Treasurer.
